Our Process
How We Work — From Inquiry to Delivery
A transparent, fully documented 7-step export process designed to give you complete confidence at every stage — from your first inquiry to goods received at your warehouse.
Step by Step
7 Steps — Start to Ship
Every engagement follows this structured process — no surprises, no shortcuts.
Initial Inquiry
Day 1You reach out via our website contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Tell us what you're looking for — product type, molecules or categories, target market, approximate quantities, and regulatory requirements. Even a rough brief is fine; we'll help you structure it.
Needs Assessment & Clarification
Day 1–2Our team reviews your requirements and gets on a call or WhatsApp conversation to clarify details — specific molecules vs. therapeutic category approach, regulatory certification levels required, packaging preferences, and timeline expectations.
Manufacturer Matching & Sourcing
Day 2–4We identify the best-fit manufacturer(s) from our verified network — matched by product category, required certifications (WHO-GMP, USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA), production capacity, and price expectations. We shortlist 2–3 options where possible.
Quotation & Documentation Preview
Day 3–5We send a detailed, itemised quotation — product cost (FOB/CIF), MOQ, packaging details, lead time, available certifications, sample availability, and regulatory dossier status. Typically within 48 hours of manufacturer confirmation.
Samples, Confirmation & Order Placement
Week 2–3If required, samples are arranged from the manufacturer — with COA, specification documents, and relevant certifications. On confirmation, a formal Purchase Order is raised and a proforma invoice issued. Advance payment as per agreed terms triggers production scheduling.
Manufacturing, QC & Pre-Shipment Inspection
Week 3–8Production begins at the GMP facility with in-process controls at every stage. Finished batch is tested in NABL-accredited labs. We conduct pre-shipment inspection — packaging integrity, label compliance, COA review — before authorising dispatch. We keep you updated at every milestone.
Export Documentation & Shipment
Week 5–10Goods are shipped with a complete export documentation package — everything your customs authority and regulatory body requires for clearance. We share AWB/BL details immediately and track the shipment through to delivery.
